How a Bulk PSN order reaches secure reveal
The delivery contract uses a protected reveal link by email, never product codes in the message.
Six order steps
- 01
Create and verify the account
Register with a truthful country of jurisdiction, verify the email address and sign in.
- 02
Choose compatible products
Match every gift card or subscription to the intended PlayStation account region.
- 03
Build the mixed order
The account-order range combines supported products while keeping the total quantity between 50 and 5000 units.
- 04
Review the USD order
Check every item, quantity, region and the exact USD total before creating the order.
- 05
Follow the order-specific payment instruction
Do not treat an unclear result as an instruction to send a second payment; use the order reference for support review.
- 06
Reveal after confirmed payment
An eligible paid order sends a protected link so product codes stay outside the email body.
The inbox message is a pointer, not the product
The delivery standard uses a lightweight email containing a unique link to the protected order. Product-code values do not appear in the subject, HTML or plain-text email body.
A forwarded email alone is not sufficient for protected delivery. The order must remain connected to the relevant buyer-access record.
Know which action consumes delivery
Scroll horizontally to see all columns
| Buyer action | Consumes delivery? | What happens |
|---|---|---|
| Receive the email | No | The message contains only the protected link and order context |
| Open the link | No | The protected flow checks that the request is linked to the correct buyer |
| Select Reveal | Yes | The protected delivery action returns the relevant code set once |
| Reload after an unclear response | No automatic retry | Ask support to review the order rather than requesting a second set |
| Submit an approved defect claim | Separate remedy | Replacement is considered under the refund and defect policy |
An uncertain response does not justify generating again
If delivery status is unclear, keep the order reference and ask support to review it. A second delivery request should not be assumed from an unclear response.
Use a private environment for any protected delivery step and save the returned values before leaving the result.
Current catalog state is checked before the order is created
The private catalog exposes only the products and USD prices currently available to the site. The order boundary rechecks the selected items and total before the order is created.
