Check each recipient's account region
- Confirm the country or region configured on each recipient's PlayStation account.
- Keep product region and face value together in procurement, export and delivery records.
- If the currency matches but the regions differ, stop and check compatibility before purchase.
Email carries a protected reveal link
When an eligible payment reaches the exact completed state, delivery starts immediately. The buyer receives a protected reveal link by email, never product-code values.
Opening the link does not consume delivery. The explicit Reveal action does. Unclear payment or reveal states pause for manual review.
Test the process before a larger order
A prospective business buyer may request a manual 1–2 card test to check payment, order status and reveal. A manager reviews the request; the unit price may be higher because of handling costs.
The test is a separate arrangement. It does not change the standard 50-unit minimum.
Account checks before you buy
01Will Bulk PSN ask for a PSN password?+
No. Bulk PSN never requests a PSN password or access to a PSN account. You only need to confirm the recipient's account region when choosing a compatible card.
02Must I submit company documents before ordering?+
The business profile is optional and is not required for checkout. Submitting it starts a review, not automatic approval. An approved profile receives an additional 5% discount.
03Can I change my country of jurisdiction after registration?+
Country of jurisdiction is required and must be truthful. After the first save, corrections require support review. It is an account detail, not the region label of the gift card you are buying.
